Building Community Through Connection

Community is at the heart of DPOCC. Through social gatherings, activities, education, and shared experiences, DPOCC creates opportunities for Deaf People of Color and their families to connect with one another and strengthen community relationships.

Our events are designed to be welcoming and inclusive, with accessibility considered for Deaf, DeafBlind, low-vision, Hard of Hearing, and other community members.
